Sumptuos in it’s subtlty, Nourish has the appearance of an aged bare plastered wall. Lovely warm pinky neutral covers an underlayer of vintage book pages, a portion of which is exposed in the lower right. The words ‘I am’ are etched into the wood panel substrate and inked in soft red. Tiny chinks of exposed colour, scratch and mark making add to the faded glamour of this gentle artwork.
