I take care to show my artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. 
The image you see online may differ slightly due to colour variations between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented in the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

If a painting is not as you expect , you can email within 14 days to request a return . Once a return has been agreed you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. 
Once a piece has been safely returned. I will refund your payment within 14 days.

Any product returned must be in the same condition you received it and in the original art packaging. 


How is my Payment handled?

Payments are taken through PayPal or stripe in British pounds sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the Pay Pal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

PayPal Credit 

You may also use PayPal credit to set up a payment plan.


Original paintings will be packed and shipped within five working days (unless otherwise advised). Please allow a further 2-3 days for UK delivery. According to the size and weight of your item I will use Royal mail, Parcel force or a courier.
Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

Can you ship internationally?

Currently my online gallery is only set up for purchases within the UK.

However , feel free to contact me with your shipping address and the piece of art you are interested in so I can look into potential postal costings for you to see if it’s a viable option.
Overseas parcels will take longer to arrive of course, depending on your location and shipping costs will vary according to your location .

Please note that oerseas shipments, including the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, according to the laws of the destination country. 
Any additional charges are at the customers expense. 
I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for any additional tax or duty costs.

What if my painting arrived damaged?

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit. Please contact me immediately, and if possible keep a photograph.
